Charles Pearson – Co-Founder & Managing Director

Charles is co-founder and Managing Director of EasyInsites. Charles has an extensive, diverse and highly accomplished background in market research, having started his career 25 years ago in marketing sciences and analytics in the U.S. in key roles at BBDO, McKinsey, AC Nielsen, IRI, and Ipsos. In 2000, Charles moved into the online research space with key roles in both the U.S. and U.K. at Knowledge Networks, MarketTools, Greenfield/Ciao, comScore, and Research Now. Charles has substantial expertise in online research, online panels, research methods, advanced analytics, and syndicated data with extensive experience in the FMCG and Retail sectors. Charles is a regular presenter at industry conferences around the world including ESOMAR, MRS, ARF, CASRO, AMA, MRA, and IIR.
Charles has a Masters in Quantitative Methods from New York University and
a Bachelors in Political Science from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Jo Winning – Co-Founder & Director of Sales

Jo is co-founder and Director of Sales at EasyInsites. Jo began her career 23 years ago carrying out audience research at the BBC. Since then, Jo has worked in a variety of research roles, both agency and clientside, gaining extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitatative techniques. Jo has held key roles at LWT, Flextech, Channel 5, and Counterpoint Research. With a media background, the move to online research was a natural progression, and Jo undertook client servicing roles at Lightspeed Research and Research Now. Jo enjoys being creative with research, and takes pride in finding the right solution for each client need.
Misha Tsvelik – Senior Research Operations Manager

Misha is Senior Research Operations Manager at EasyInsites and has been with the company since August, 2009. Prior to EasyInsites, Misha spent two years as the Panel Manager at Opinium where he was responsible for setting up, recruiting and managing all aspects of their panels. Prior to Opinium, Misha spent two and a half years at Lightspeed as a Senior Project Manager working on a wide array of online quantitative and qualitative (online bulletin boards) projects. At Lightspeed, Misha also worked on several research-on-research projects examining key issues associated with response rates and quality in online fieldwork such as the impact of incentives, subject lines and email survey invitation content. Misha began his career as an economist and researcher at the Office For
National Statistics and has a BSc Honours in Economics from the
University of Bath.
Nick Bellamy – Senior Research Operations Manager

Nick is Senior Research Operations Manager at EasyInsites and has been with the company since January, 2012. Prior to EasyInsites, Nick had been working for YouGov for four and a half years where he managed a team in the Operations department with responsibility for sampling, data processing, coding and other panel and operational duties. Prior to his team management role, he held roles in project management, data processing and survey scripting. Prior to YouGov, Nick was a client facing Project Manager at Lightspeed Research, working on a range of online quant projects and research-on-research initiatives. He has also worked for Maritz Research, Nunwood and BMRB, where he started his career in research in the Social Research department. Early on, he also spent a
year in the public sector as an Information Officer for Surrey County
Council. Nick has a BSc Honours degree in Sociology from the University
of Surrey.
Sandra Jehoel – Research Manager

Sandra is Research Manager at EasyInsites, working primarily on our Full Service Research projects. Sandra started her career as an academic researcher at the University of Surrey, where she worked in the department of Psychology. Sandra has been with EasyInsites since September, 2011. Prior to joining EasyInsites, Sandra worked as an account manager at CFI Group where she worked on large scale quantitative customer satisfaction projects and most recently as a developer of innovative interactive reports using the product QlikView. Sandra has a BA from University College Utrecht and a PhD from the University of Surrey.
Chris Twin – Web Designer & Developer

Chris is Web Designer and Developer and has been with EasyInsites since January, 2012. Chris has skills and knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, WordPress, Joomla and Spearhead to name but a few. Previously, he has worked for a variety of clients — via design agencies and freelancing — creating websites that range from simple catalogue sites to full ecommerce sites working with companies such as Colourgraphic Arts, Emap Publishing, and Capital Radio Plc. Chris has had experience in a range of industries, providing him with the ability to tackle both the technical and design elements of his role..
Rebecca Batey – Sales & Marketing Executive

Rebecca is Sales and Marketing Executive at EasyInsites, and has been with the company since November, 2011. Rebecca helps to further develop our client relationships through various offline and online marketing and sales methods. Previously, Rebecca spent three months working as an intern at Enhance Media where she covered aspects of SEO, social media and marketing, Google Analytics, comment marketing and link solicitation. Rebecca has experience in working with both quantitative and qualitative data from completing a degree in Geography from the University of Southampton where she also obtained valuable presentation and communication skills.
Elaine Fowler – Research Operations Executive

Elaine is Research Operations Executive at EasyInsites and has been with the company since January, 2012. Prior to EasyInsites, Elaine worked for FACTS International conducting CATI customer satisfaction surveys and completed an MSc in survey methodology at the University of Essex where she obtained a comprehensive understanding of quantitative research methods. Elaine has a BA in Sociology from the University of Essex.
Daniel Hawthorne – Panel & Research Operations Associate

Daniel supports our Research Operations team by handling the queries from the panelists who are members of the custom panels we build and maintain for our clients. Daniel also scripts surveys and administrates prize draws and has been with EasyInsites since March, 2011. Daniel is also studying for a degree in Chemistry with Forensic Investigation at the University of Surrey. Prior to EasyInsites, Daniel built his experience in assisting and advising customers while working at a number of retail posts in his home town, Brighton. Daniel prides himself in handling any and all customer queries with care and consideration.

Prior to EasyInsites, Rafy gained customer service skills through his voluntary work and retail employment experience.
